Scope and Contents

In October – November 2002 Bornstein & Associates, LLC (B&A) conducted a comprehensive study of the financial, technical, and governance characteristics of Wyoming Public Television (WPTV). B&A conducted this study in response to a request by the Wyoming Community College Commission, and built upon an earlier review of WPTV by the Management Audit Committee of the Wyoming Legislatives Service Office. The study included a review of a wide variety of written reports and documents, interviews, and analysis of the organizations current governance structure and relationships.
