02.04.01 District Court Civil Case Files, 1884-1986

Scope and Contents

Files contain various records from individual civil case proceedings. Contents may include motions, petitions, summonses, transcripts of hearings, depositions, evidence and Supreme Court transcripts. An outline of filings is found on case files dated after October 1920 (#2800).

Note: Case nos. 10233, 17425, 18269, 18335, 19341, 18526, 18575, 18903, 19014, 19049, 19612, 19633, 19881, 200065, 20286, 20414, 20643, 20709, 20712, 20869, 20898, 21171, 21219, 21286, 21303, 21311, 21362, 21377, 21428, 21583, 21706, 21758, 21775, 21801, 21891, 21899, 21952, 22000, 22048, 22050, 22129, 22148, 22252, 22334, 22340, 22372, 22437, 22486 and 22927 were at the court when the other files were microfilmed. The originals are filed with the series “Separated Filings and Exhibits.” Also filed with that series are additional filings, received after filming, for case nos. 16367, 17505, 18794, 19098, 19322, 19348, 20999, 21160, 21289, 21303, 21336, 21511 and 21863.
