Scope and Content From the Collection: The United Spanish War Veterans was organized to protect and promote the interests of Spanish-American War veterans and to promote a sense of fraternity among veterans. The Department of Wyoming was originally part of the two-state Department of Colorado and Wyoming, but in 1933 was made into a seperate entity.
