Historical Note
The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information (A&I) was created in 1992 during the state government reorganization and replaced the former Wyoming Department of Administration and Fiscal Control (DAFC).
According to their website "The Department of Administration & Information is a service organization that exists to support all Wyoming State Government agencies. Staffed by more than 200 highly trained, skilled, and motivated state employees, we serve our diverse customer base by providing information, accounting, building maintenance and support, fiscal reporting, along with human resources, motor pool, and public library services." (May 2020)
